Hi, my name is Carlos Martin. I’m the co-founder of Continuum Leaders and the host of “Leadership evolving.”

My WHY is simple: to be the coach that I didn’t have. I’ve always been drawn to conversations that go deeper, everything from imposter syndrome to changing our personal narrative, our philosophy and even our identity. I’m fascinated by what happens when we start peeling back the layers and really look at what’s underneath.

One of my favorite quotes is from Wayne Dyer: “If we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change.” That line has shaped a lot of how I approach people and leadership. I try to help others see themselves differently, more kindly and with more honesty.

At the heart of my work is a focus on genuine connection. I’m interested in the moments that feel real, where people can reflect, share openly and connect in a more human way. I believe there’s value in slowing down and creating space for thoughtful conversation, especially in environments that often move too fast.
