As founder and CEO of Carosh Compliance Solutions, he helps healthcare organizations navigate privacy, cybersecurity, and operational risk. He also leads Volunteers for Democracy’s Future, supporting civic engagement and constitutional accountability.
As host of The Price You Pay on NowMedia Television Networks, Roger brings his experience in leadership, risk, and accountability to conversations about consequential issues. Through a debate-driven format, he encourages guests and viewers to examine competing perspectives, question assumptions, and consider the real-world costs of their decisions.
His mission is to promote informed dialogue and greater accountability, empowering people to engage thoughtfully with the decisions that shape their organizations, communities, and democracy.
